Breakfast. With a twist.

A new work week, and a new twist on breakfast.

Steak (yum), Macadamia nuts (yum), and Saurkruat! (double yum!)  Woke up feeling a lil light headed today.  Not debilitating at all, just a bit of the head up in the clouds feeling.  Seems to have passed now.  Overall feeling fairly good.

Lunch/Dinner

I know I should eat three meals a day, but it just didnt work out that way today.  Perhaps I will have a snack later.

Breakfast at 5pm? Hell yeah!

A wonderful yummy breakfast.

Granted breakfast was late this afternoon, but whatever.  Chicken, macadamia nuts and green beans.  Also, not pictured, a Lemon.  Yum.

Headache hasn't returned yet, thankfully.  Hopefully not diet related.

An unintentionally light dinner.

Dinner.  A light meal.  Lighter than I intended as apparently the Dread Beast Bob raided my veggies and delicious, pre-shelled hard boiled eggies.

My mistake was pre-shelling the eggs.  I also didn't feel like opening another bag of veggies.  Not that hungry anyways.  Not for this anyways.  There was pizza at game.  I resisted the pizza, but I wanted it.  Man I crave cheese.

    Breakfast of Champions

Steak, green beans, and macadamia nuts.

So, an update.  Yesterday I only ate two meals.  The reason for that, was because I developed the kind of headache that actors on television get paid fairly well to fake.  I managed to get home, then curled up in ball, sweating and whimpering for about 3 hours.  Ibuprofen didn't seem to do much to stop it.  I finally passed out, likely due to exhaustion.  Not sure if it was diet related or not, but I hope not.

Dinner for 3

Went to see my friends Dan and Tara, and cooked dinner Whole 30 style.

Another Breakfast

A late breakfast.  (Work screwed up my time off request, so I have today off, so I slept in)

Chicken (sprinkled some paprika on it, yummy, less bland), cooked on the Foreman of course.  Steamed broccoli and cauliflower (pretty good, and a welcome return to vegetables I don't hate - looking at you here spinach).  And of course olives.  MMMmmmm olives.  Twin says I need more fat in my diet, so I will look for some unsweetened shredded coconut.   Twin also says food will digest better if cooked in fatty oil... but thats a lotta work and clean up.

Not feeling too shabby today.  I really felt like a glass of milk last night, but I resisted.  No sugar cravings yet.
