Yesterday was my last 15.5 hour shift. I ate a pork chop, some eggs and green beans.
I didn't take photos as I barely had time to cook it, I was taking naps on my breaks/lunch hour.
What did I learn? A 15.5 hour shift is a good reason to eat crappy. My normal 8 hour shift is not.
I ate breakfast today, only working 11.5 hours.
