Lunch

     Lunch.  Now this a meal I am familiar with! Normally my first of the day, today its meal two.



    For lunch we have sirloin steak, graced with salt and pepper, and then applied to the Foreman grill.  Green beans, steamed (the rest of the bag from breakfast), and 1/3rd cup of macadamia nuts for my fat consumption. Steak was delicious, green beans are green beans, nuts weren't bad.  Not olives but they will do.

    Not feeling too bad, having trouble powering through this much food.  Turns out mixing the nuts with the green beans works out fairly well.  Getting plenty of water, half a gallon so far today.  I usually end up just shy of a gallon a day.

    No weird cravings thus far.  I am sure those will come later.
