Breakfast and an explanation

Yesterday was my last 15.5 hour shift.  I ate a pork chop, some eggs and green beans.

I didn't take photos as I barely had time to cook it, I was taking naps on my breaks/lunch hour.

What did I learn?  A 15.5 hour shift is a good reason to eat crappy.  My normal 8 hour shift is not.

I ate breakfast today, only working 11.5 hours.

Lunch


Not pictured - the tsp of coconut oil.  Sure its tasteless, and, well, oily.  But man, its so much easier and quicker than olives or macadamia nuts!

15.5 hour shifts suck. only one lunch break.  Ate one meal yesterday, and felt lethargic all day because of it.


Goal today is to stuff 3 meals in.  This was food, chicken w/ stirfry veggies.  Not pictured, the tsp of coconut oil I swallowed for fat content.

I have only been eating 2 meals a day, and I think its because my portions are too large.  So I am going to try to reduce my portion size to the point where I am actually hungry again 4-5 hours later.  

I am feeling quite well, but I think I have been over eating, so we will see.

Skipped dinner last night and breakfast this morning.  Too angry.

So angry. The mobo on my server went tits up. Of course this happens three weeks after I migrate all the gaming hardware out of my workstation so it can be dedicated to *work*.

Well, looks like newegg gets a nice chunk out of my wallet (it might also be the processor, without a bench I really don't have any way to check, so a new processor as well).

Ugh.  Was tired last night, so tired I slept for 10 hours.  I skipped dinner and then this morning, I was still drowsy and burned my kraut.




BTW, burned kraut tastes horrible.

Lunch - With new veggies!


      Sugar peas, green beans, carrots, yellow squash, red peppers and broccoli.  Nice veggie mix.   Then a pork chop and some macadamia nuts.

Voila! Lunch!
Maybe its just my genetics.  But I love saurkraut.

     Steak + broccoli & cauliflower + olives.   I know my meals are all pretty much the same thing, but it all goes back to that "If it takes more than 10-15 minutes to prepare, i'm angry" thing.
